Three player games that can be handicapped

Golf .. the 18 "hole" game as shown in the link below. We handicapped it by giving players a ball on 1 to 18 holes, they can remove one ball at any time after the break with no stroke. Giving someone a ball on all 18 holes is a very large spot.

How about have the best player play off-handed. They get practice shooting with their dumb hand and the weaker players are evened out a little.
