Well i was curious about the maple shaft w/graphite core shaft and i thought this might be a bust but i was truly amazed at how firm and solid the hit was!
My impression was the lack of deflection, squirt on every shot gave a more accurate result, especially on a missed shot!
I knew it was my mistake, and what it was exactly!
Im finding that not compensating for deflection is easier than guessing as before,so ive found a less varible hit quite a benifit!
Also on rail shots w/full top english does not masse as easily, again more accurate! I installed a laminated med/hard black diamond tip from Bob Moss on the ct395 because thats all i use anymore! Guess i agree with Bob as he prefers the black diamond tip also! For a low low price this cue deserves kudos, for those who seem too prefer vibrational feedback from the flexing shaft its akin to a bad ball joint, you will feel every rut, rock and crevice in the road! But it could be more fun that way. rackum!
