Bought a Tiger cue tip shaper and scuffer. Well made (USA), works great. Ruff and fine scuffer with nickel and dime shaper. The subcontractor who did the printing on the back printed dime shape on the nickel side and nickel shape on dime side. No problem I just reverse it. Called them to let them know it was printed backward. I didn't complain, ask for a new one, nothing but a heads up. Extremely nice lady says I wasn't the only one and that a small batch were printed this way (20). Lady says would you like another. I say sure. She says give me your add. and name. No, return to where I got it from. No, send us a proof of purchase. No nothing. Just a sorry about that here you go is there any thing else. Yes there is, put down my name on the customer for life list. Because that's what I am now. And they make the best tips too.
