Tiger Pool Tour members at the US Open

Hi All,

I just wanted to congratulate all of the Tiger Tour members playing at the Open. The tour plays in the Virginia/Maryland area so many members are entered. Here's how our top players stand:

#1 Shaun Wilkie won his first match and might meet up with young John Morra
#3 Brandon Shuff benefitted from a forfeit and won his next match easily
#4 Danny Mulhollen III won a nice match over a tough Shin Young Park
#6 Mike Davis had a Bye and hasn't played yet
#8 Larry Kressel had a sweet win over Fabio, then lost
#10 Daniel Madden won his first match, then lost

Lee Holt and David Hunt are doing really well both winning their first 2 matches comfortably! Hohmann and Orcullo may have a little something to say about their next matches...

Mike Ricciardella, Ilir Jaho and Chris Futrell won their first match. Richard Barney, Cary Dunn and Tommy Kay are alive in the elimination bracket.

I would like to see as we called him back home "little danny" go far into the field, the kid plays jam up pool when hes on. i remember him placing like 17th or something at the open tournament this past year in VF.

Question for Andy

Andy-

Did you forget John Moody Sr.? I have noticed that the tour isn't going to the Easter Shore, mainly Salisbury and Cambridge, anymore? Is there a reason for that?

Do you know why Kevin West isn't playing?
 
Hey Sturg,

Yep, I did forget John. Haven't seen him in a while on the tour but he always seems to enter the US Open. He had a couple of competitive matches but is out. I haven't been to Cambridge in a while but I heard that most or all of the 9ft tables are gone which is why the tour hasn't been there this year. Salisbury is a great place to play but is just far away for most of our players.

Not sure about Kevin West. He played in our Frederick event a couple weeks ago.

Looks like the VA boys all took a hit yesterday and will be on the long road from here-> out.:(
