I have a nice tim scruggs cue. I bought it back between 2010 and 2011. The cue is strait and in good shape. The butt 15.7 oz the shafts are 3.9 oz and 4 oz. Both are 13 m. I asking 2300 obo. Are your diamonds between the windows in the butt sleeve, mother of pearl? I ask because I just picked up a Scruggs just like this with 2 shafts. My shafts are smaller and have yellow micarta ferrules. Just got it today. If you could give me some insight about the cue I would appreciate it. Thanks - I'm not very familiar with Scruggs work
