Can anyone recommend an accurate site comparing the hit of various tips i.e. Talisman med hard vs a Moori vs Thomas Hayes various tips or the Kamui options.

Such a site doesn't exist. If it did, you'd probably have lots of comments about it being inaccurate. Leather is a natural product that is not as consistent as assumed. So testing on one batch may not be the same for the same product. This makes it difficult to compare and post results accurately. You can narrow down you choices if you think about things differently. Do you like laminate tips or singles? What sort of leather? How hard do you like your tips? Who has popular/positive feed back? Etc. Following this method you can find the tip you should try. And you can always try another if you dont like it. Yeah, it might be expensive and a hassle to try different tips, but that's what you'll most likely go through to get one you like playing with. Good Luck.
