I get questions like these all the time through the websites and try and steer folks to the forums.

I think he's only looking to spend about $10-15 bucks.

Sure. We take walk ins. However $10-15 does not happen with laminated tips (we only install the ones we make).

$30 for Snipers, $25 for Everests.

Done while they wait & customers can knock balls around with Demo cues all they want while waiting. I have a million Accu-Stats videos for them to watch too. :D
