Tip replacement recommendation?

I need to find a good installer for new tips, specifically Kamui soft. I'm considering using Muellers.com, but have no experience with their services. Can anyone recommend them, or anyone else? I might also try to find someone local. I'm in the Baltimore/DC area.

Thanks!

Tons of great cuemakers in the area. Mike Capone, Mike Lambros, Bob Frey, Dan Janes (Joss), Richard Philippi, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

I've had great work done by James King in Oxon Hill. He pretty much only does repair work, but he learned from Tim Scruggs. (202) 297-5770

Contact Kamui and ask them to recommend an authorized installer,
or the area your talking about seems to full of fine cue makers and expert repair folks.

Rick Phillippi sets up at bank shots in laurel on Thursday nights and does tip replacements on the spot. Highly recommend his work. Call the shop at 410-437-2386 to verify he has the tips your looking for. He carries a good selection.

Oh yea, you forgot Tony-black boar, Timmy Scruggs, leon sly on the shore

Depends on where your at.

Tips

Lots of replies already and most cue makers can do a good job, but don't hesitate to send your shafts to Muellers for work and/or retipping. Ryan does excellent work. I have had shaft work done there and 2 cues built. You will not have a problem. Rick's work is good also and I've done business with both.
