I'm a total amateur but have good hands and sometimes know when not to get involved. I have tipped my Revo and CueTec's a few times with good results. Unless someone knows me and I know something about them I'm not touching their cues. The person I'm asking for breaks with his cue... When the ferrule cracks or breaks you know who gets the evil eye.
