I have a Meucci and a Cuetech in my cue rack. The last few days we had very high humidity then a lot of rain. The tips on both of these cues would not hold chalk, you could actually see the moisture change the color in the chalk cube. They would actually miscue every shot. I roughed them both up, but it still made no difference. The one piece house cues and a Duffrin sneaky pete were fine. This is the first time I have ever had this happen. I have no idea what brand of tips are on them, they were used cues. If anyone has had this happen, please let me know, so I do not repace the tips with the same brand, or another that might draw moisture.
