Titlest Conversion Questions?????

I am interested in some of the Titlest Conversion cues that I have seen in the for sale section, but I don't know much about these types of cues.:frown:

Can someone tell me a little about what makes a Titlest Conversion a Titlest Conversion, and if there are any spacific things to look for that are distinct to a Titlest Conversion cue? (For example: do the veneers have to be any particular color? Does it have to be made from a house cue?) that kind of stuff.

It is simply a 2-piece cue that is converted from an old 1 piece titlist cue (or blank). The old titlist cues are/were thought to be exception playing cues, so common wisdom is that the conversions are equally as good.
