Titlist conversion cue

I am interested in having a basic Hoppe style conversion cue made from a one piece Brunswick titlist cue. I would like a basic cue with no point inlays, an Irish linen wrap, 3/8x11 brass pin and a wood to wood steel collared or possibly ivory joint. Which cuemakers will still do conversions?Approximately how much would this cue cost?

I don't want to quote pricing for a cuemaker, and I firmly believe nobody else should either. That being said... For great quality, excellent turn around time, unbelievable value, and working with a guy that listens to what you want and puts it on the ground...
Get hold of Lee Peppers at LP Custom Cues. He's an AZ member.
I have a rosewood Titlist he converted - my first - that knocked me out. He's finishing up another for me now, in purple heart.
He's developing a devoted following in a hurry! Search on LP Custom Cues, or pm him.

But... There are many other good cm's here on AZ that will do this for you - I just have 1st hand experience with Lee on Titlists.

Ryan Theewen - "ratcues" - comes to mind immediately. And "manwon" - Craig Rittell - does a lot of really retro style stuff.
Post in the Ask The Cuemaker area & you'll get lots of offers. Too many names to remember.
