Titlist?

I have this cue a long time. Bought it because I thought it was a Titlist conversion. But now I am not so sure? So I thought I would throw up some pictures and get some feedback?

Forearm does appear to be a converted titlist.

been talking to Jacoby custom cues and they will be refinishing it, after looking at it Brandon thought we should leave the original joint,wrap,and whats left of the brunswick and signature decals. this way it be as original as possible, not sure in the ferrule and tip, but I do want to use it when its done.
