Invite your local math and geometry teachers in for a seminar on how pool can make physics and geometry come alive for their students (invite the principal along too since he/she has to sign off on any field trip).
A few of them might take you up on an offer to demonstrate/teach pool to their students for a field trip. Tangent line, friction physics, cut angles, transfer of energy, etc. No equations, just general concepts.
