To keep warm or to save your energy?

I was in a tourny a few days ago and got fairly far. I had about a hour or 2 wait.

So the question is do you keep shooting or do you stop shooting and save your energy?

I know it is mostly personal preference..But, any personal experiences that made you go one way or the other?

Very good thread topic. I find myself just setting up situations on table and trying to get out from there. Or I go over the last set in my head try and remember some mistakes i made and try and correct them. I dont like getting cold before my next match. I hate that waiting period. I know sometimes you can have a long ass time between matches but if that is the case I usually throw on my ipod keep to myself and try to stay focused.

I was never much for warming up at all. I seem to play better cold, believe it or not. It's the weirdest thing actually. Warming up seems to make me nervous and my brain starts to think too much. So between matches, I find it best to either watch other matches or just talk to people and try to forget that I am in a tournament.

Just relax and watch some matches, so your mind stays on Pool. Then you should look at the brackets and figure out when you are about 20 minutes out to your next match and then go hit some balls
