I have to post this bacause I am just that happy with the work Mike Webb did on my 15-yr old Joss shaft. I gave it to him to fix an insert that not only popped out, but was also messed with a few times by me. He not only got a custom-made insert in there, fiddled with the seating of it to the butt, but also cleaned up the shaft to 100%, tip was groomed perfect. The joint cratches were polished up, finish was buffed like new, and he pressed the linen wrap. On top of all that he charged a very reasonable fee for all the work. Rep to you Mike, thanks.
Posting this in the cue section as well cause he told me he does not read here too often, and here so you guys are welcome to share any experiences that have gone above and beyond what you expected.
P.S. I came in 2nd last nite in the local tourney which I have to give credit the cue work Mike did. Before I shot with the original shaft again I used an OB1, and was out 1st round, 1st round and 3rd round before last night.
