To Ted Harris and anyone interested in the missing CUE

:) I received a USPS Package today with my CUE, so as a man of my word I am posting this to let everyone who is interested that Ted finally returned my CUE :) He still did not enclose a excuse, call or emailed me with any explanation but at this point none is required ! I am truly sorry that this had to be taken to these lenghts for it to be handled but the important point is it is done!!!!!

About effin' time. No explanation? I damn near bought a cue from that clown.

BS, I wouldn't be sorry for outing that lowlife.
 
I'm still curious as to what the explanation is for not sending the cue back on time.

I will think twice before letting him touch my cues for repairs at the Expo at Valley Forge.

I was very happy with Teds work prior to this issue and also with the work he did on my 18 year old D16 that was the cue in question ! Several people and teamates have remarked on how well the Cue looks! Yes Ted kept it way after he should have but in all honesty if he was at a show and I was guarenteed I could get my cue thn and there I would let him work on another. :)

And No I am not saying I am sorry I had to out him ! I am just sorry that it wasn't handled smoothly and correctly in the beginning which is what caused me to take these measures!;)

You did what you had to do, to get your property back.
You also let everyone know that the issue has been settled. I liked that. :D
 
I have heard that one unhappy customer costs you four potential sales... With this cue issue, I sense that TH will lose more than that. I hope he just takes it as a wake-up call and improves service. After all of this bashing, I sincerely hope that he was not having a family or health crisis that caused this delay. Wish we knew the answer. Like the guys cues....
