Tony is among the top quality cuemakers here in the Philippines along with Linds, Bebot Bautista and Al Bautista (Blackpearl cues). I've shot with a couple of his cues, an uncored 4 point ebony forearm and an ebony on ebony butterfly splice. They are both on the heavy side but they play good. You can ask for a specific taper from him to fit your taste. Players here in my area seem to favor heavier cues.
