Evan's Cue

Does anyone know what type of cue Evan is playing with? To my eyes, it almost looks like a 3/4 jointed cue. If not, it is extremely hard to see the center joint.

Evan is playing with a three piece carbon fiber cue very similar to my three piece cue. Mine is all black, Evan has the blue butt. Each section is 20”. That’s a rubber wrap over the blue section
