Did any woman player break the top 100 in finishing order ? Who was top finishing woman player and where did she place.

For what reasons did none of the top women play? Like Allison Fisher, Ga Young Kim, Ouschan, Monica Webb, etc. ?

Those top women players that u mention,r used to finishing high on the list at all the women tournaments and if some of them happen to not have top level sponsers,then they would be fitting a pretty hefty traveling bill to attend the us open,that plus realizing that their chances to place high in a mans tournament big as the us open,just isnt very likey,so why should the top women players,waste their time and money,now before someone reads this and blows this all out of portion,iam not liking for a men v women argument,bottom line i believe is the top women players r very smart and they know at best the us open for them would be a up hill battle,that they dont need!
