Top class Vollmer player Price Drop phase!!!

The market seems to stay hard these days so I'm going into a price drop phase on this world class player.
This means I'm open to offers and other price drops will follow but also if you wait too long it might be too late...
1st PRICE DROP!!! 2900$ via western union includes transfer fees and express shipping!!!
Excellent price for such a top quality player which I would keep if it didn't have a too thin butt for me.

Open to trade offers as well on thick butt cues (minimum 1.27 inches butt end diameter) with a piloted joint, especially Tascarella cues (no wrapless).
