Add one of the white styrofoam separators like in the video i posted. Makes the balls spin even better.
Ok, tried version 2.0 today with a little smaller handle buffer (WEN 10PMR 10-Inch Waxer/Polisher), using a old bath towel with 4 6" spring clamps instead of carpet and a mix of Aramith cleaner and 91% alcohol. Version 3.0 is next with 2mm felt sheets with the clamps instead of the towel on the sides and might try some Brasso as the cleaner and polishing agent after I've read it is safe for plastic and expensive watch face crystals. Anyone tried Brasso? It is definitely the right price and easy to get. Brasso pros / cons?
