Who else hasn't been paid yet? My wife was playing in the Pro event. She got this letter.
I’m reaching out regarding your refund. Mostly everyone has been refunded but there are players that haven’t received there entry due to the credit card company and other issues. Please be patient we are working extremely hard to resolve the issues. Your payment will be refunded mid January or sooner. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and the long delay. It’s been truly a nightmare! I hope you understand and once again, I’m truly sorry!
