The Canadian pool section of the forum is the best place to ask this, however I'll answer anyway.
Yes. 'Shooter's. It's a great place, clean, nice tables (snooker, GC, and Diamonds), and lots of good players frequent there. It's located at 1448 Lawrence Avenue East (corner of Victoria Park and Lawrence).
