Torque specs Gold Crown

Is there a sheet with values for how tight the bolts on a Gold Crown3 have to be?
I have a torque wrench and I would like to know the values for example the rails to the slate etc.

About 15 ftlbs, or just a little less depending on which nut plate was used as anchors in the rails, and no I can't tell you which ones they are without having the rails in my hands, sorry.
