yes its true theres torture at the dcc.
its me! im so tortured walking by all those vendors with those nice cues
that i cant afford thats my only thing i dread at the derby!
sometimes i walk with my eyes straight forward pretending the cues are medussa if i look i will turn to stone, and sometimes i wear sunglasses so i cant see the amazing glare come off the incredible cues. then i go buy a nice cold beer and sulk. i usually get over it and promise myself yes i will save money for next year and get the cue of my dreams but like all newyears resolutions i dont follow through or something unexpected always happens. and here we are again on the eve of my torture to continue but i will be brave and go into that good night! so my good friends if you happen to see a man walking down the isle acting like those cues arent even there think to yourself its him! its him!
and buy me a beer or better yet if your a millionare pull out your check book and do the right thing.
