This is a new type of pool tournament, I played it for my first time last week and I had a blast! It's a 10-ball rotation format, and each player has to face 5 different pre-determined layouts. The person with the least amount of strokes wins. If you run out all 10 without missing, you score a 10, if you miss once that's 11, miss twice that's 12 and so on. If you score 2 or more balls at once that's an ace, so you can actually get below 10. It's also handicapped, so your score gets added up after the 5 different layouts and then it's averaged with your handicap, so basically anyone has a chance to win. They just started doing these tournaments and more and more people are playing every week. I'm not sure where they are doing all the tournaments, I am playing the one in SoCal at Plush Pocket in Northridge every Tuesday at 7pm. It should say on the website where they are doing the other tournaments at. If anyone is in the area, you should check it out! It's definately the most fun I've ever had playing any tournament.
