Be neat if this area could be simplified with a fill in type box area for those holding and event, then give numbers to ea event. You then could click on the weekend that you have time off, see what event numbers are being played that weekend and you would know instantly if it would or would not work for your plans. This way all concerns of players would be answered in the box formatting, like, coinage, race length, type and size of tbl, cloth type, cue ball type and so forth. There could also be an area for extra activities going on at the venue with hotels/rates and such.
