Tournament idea need input

The pool room here (Central Ill)wants to have a King of the Table tournament.
The format would work as follows,
8 ball race to 5 on 7ft tables,
10 ball race to 7 on 9 ft tables,
short rack banks race to 3 on pro 8 ft tables.
You would draw players and each match would consist of all 3 disiplines.
Winner of 2 disiplines wins the match..and advances..
This may have to be a single elimination due to time constraints.
What do you think? Would you be interested in this format?
How much time would this take? I have no idea and need help from some on here who might...
They have 4) 7ft, 9) pro8 ft and 4) 9 ft tables..
Limit of 64 or 32?
Around 800-1000 added.
If we can get some sponsors may be able to get entry prizes, door prizes..

I would be concerned about the logistical nightmare for the TD that involved each match needing 3 different tables. Even if the tournament were single elimination, I can't imagine even a 64 player field finishing inside of a week.

As far as format, it depends on the area, I guess. As long as there is interest in each of those disciplines, you might get some interest, and the payout seems respectable, I just don't you can pull something like this off unless you have 100s of tables.

I have the method of keeping track figured out, and I thought if you were playing 12 matches at a time (12 Tables) and it takes 1.5 hrs 8 ball, 1.5 hr 10 ball, 2 hrs banks. is this accurate? I figured worse case hill/hill 9 games 8 ball, 13 10 ball, and 5 banks.. Banks would take the longest but we have 9 tables to use, so you could be doubled up on the banks without slowing the flow of the other games.
