I saw a posting for tournament payouts for a 32 player bracket... what about 64 or 128 player brackets?

You can payout anything you like.
How many spots are you paying? (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc)
How much is the entry fee for each player?
How much money will be "added" by the pool hall/bar?
Then decide what percentage you want to pay for each spot. Say 50 or 40% of the total prize money for 1st place, then divide up the remainder for 2nd, 3rd, etc. Each place getting less and less of a percentage.
For weekly local tournaments, might want to pay just a couple of spots if few people show up, then pay more spots as more people show up.
Here is an example of payouts for a weekly tournament. More spots are paid as more people enter. And it is set up so the tournament can be held with just two people showing up. This payout sheet was done with a spreadsheet like Excel. With this you can set-up the percentages based on entry fees, etc., then change percentages or fees and all the payouts will update automatically.
The Excel "formula" for one of the numbers below looks like this....
=ROUNDUP(((Sheet1!B8+Sheet1!E8)*Sheet3!B7),0)
Player Fee: $3.00
House Added Percentage: 50%
1st Place (Rounded Up): 50%
2nd Place (Rounded Up): 35%
3rd Place (Less than or equal to remaining percentage)
