Tournament question for ladies (amateur)

Ladies,
When playing in any singles event against men, would you prefer to play evenly or with a handicap?

If so, what type of handicap do you prefer and why?

I don't understand the need for handicaps. Either you can shoot or you can't.

straight up - sharpens your ability to focus, think on your feet & deal with pressure

My game improves measurably when under pressure. I ain't skeered to play no one no more.

Another method that I have seen tournaments employ is a small pot for highest female finisher(s).
