tournament sheets... plz help

i play a tourney every wednesday and the amount of ppl just keeps growing. now we are at 25-30 ppl a night. my friend runs the tourney, and keeps having to do it on 2 different sheets. does anybody know where i can find some tourney format online to accomodate up to 30-40 ppl? its a double elimination tourney. TIA .... joey
