I am looking for some info and opinions on some of the different programs for running pool tournaments. If anyone with experience working with these could give me some info, I would really appreciate it.
Some of the things I would like to know are:

Ease of use

schedule bye's automatically

do the draws automatically

Any helpful special features

cost

Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.

I use the NOHO tournament manager on the Arizona Desert Classic Tour. It does all of the things you are looking for in a tournament software package. Just do a search for it in yahoo or google and it should come up. If you have any questions on how to use it, just pm me and i will be glad to help.

Ingen Pool #1

:thumbup: I have been using Ingen Pool it is the best Software I have seen in years and you can download it free.
I use 42inch plasma tv,s to display my tournament chart and all the players love it you can manage all aspects of your tournament, It will randomize the draw,Manage your calcutta and keep all your players stats, builds your flyer for your events and caluclates your payouts.

Hands down i think its the best: What a time saver!

I also use Ingenlab's program. It will also draw names from the field for a raffle or break contest! 2+ years user.

The only thing is I wish it would do a 128 man bracket. It's only good for 64 max.
