Tournaments Joined, Tournaments Won ?

Obviously, I think the question sorta speaks for itself, but is there a reason for it beyond banging on our chests? Couldnt it also be misleading ?

For example, I won a APA 9ball scoth doubles tournament 2 weeks ago, but there were only 8 teams entered... then last week I won a handicapped (apa style) 8ball tournament (only 24 entries) and I took 3rd in a "open" 9ball tourney the day before (but there were only 9 entries)

so... I can put 3 entered: 2 Won ?? DAMN! I look like a monster!, Woot! too bad Im the kinda monster that lives under your bed... Im not real, it's all in ur head. LOL.
 
I would like to know a bit more about it as well. I did not see anything on the Profile where that information can be updated or what is the purpose of it. Wondering if might part of an AZ rating player system in development?
