Towns in Florida with established halls with 9’ tables

As title states I’m hoping members here from Florida can direct me to towns in the state that have one or more established halls with 9’ tables.

This winter that’s passing now has convinced me that I’ve seen quite enough of Mid Atlantic winters and I want to move to sunny Florida but only if I can locate to somewhere with venues to play.

With all respect to those who like them, not really interested in places with halls with bar boxes. While some don’t mind playing on them and that’s fine if they like them, I’m not in that group. Thanks to all who may respond

on the east coast the weather in winter is best from about middle of state on down and pool rooms are within a reasonable drive
from about fort pierce on down through miami.

they are scattered on the west coast more in the cities. and in all the bigger cities.
northern florida can have not so warm weather in winter. the coast is preferable.

the rest of the year be prepared for very hot and humid conditions through out the state and all the southern states..
many people that can afford it leave during the summers.

best year round weather in the country, is from san francisco down to the border along the coast.

There a few in S. Florida.... Paradise has a few 9’ "Players" tables.....mostly 9 in rest of the room. Some good rooms in Lauderdale and one in West Palm. Those names will pop up as the thread moves along.

May I suggest anywhere in the red area?

Just kidding. David pretty much nailed it. Good luck!

Fat Cats in Eustis (NW of Orlando) will be re-opening soon with four 9’. The two they had before they shut down before the move played really tough. I loved playing BCA 14.1 on them and I can’t wait for them to re-open. Target keeps moving but right now it’s mid-April.

I live in Clearwater, FL. I have 12 pool halls with 9’ tables within 30 minutes drive and another half dozen if we increase the drive to an hours. So, the St Pete area fits your ask.

lots of poolrooms around there for sure. the west coast towns get inundated though with tampa being so close.

I’m a fan of the Fort Myers’s area. 20 minutes away is Diamond Billiards. https://diamondbilliardsfl.com/
You picked the only room within a 100 miles that has more than 1 9’ table🤣 When I fly into Naples it’s a long drive to Diamonds, which is a great room with three tables that are tight for 1P.

From Stuart to Miami there must be 20-30 rooms with 9’ tables.

I'll second what Freddie said. I think there around 10 rooms in Pinellas County all with 9 footers. Then some more on the Tampa side of the bay.

You're practically already in the South. I wouldn't trade for the FL summers.
Yeahhhhh, not really. Winters here are a PIA. I’m aware of Florida summers, but truthfully they’re really not any better here with the temperatures and raging humidity my current area is famous for.

100 miles? That’s false. You mean I picked the best pool room in the area with more action than you could handle? How much did you lose? Players from Clearwater, Fl, are always in SW Florida looking for action.

If you're looking for a little one hole action, I'm sure that Jim would be happy to accommodate...

Just sayin'...
