Sammy Jones, of Loree Jon Jones fame, swears that National Tournament chalk is the best. I like Masters chalk myself.

It's hard for me to notice a difference in brands but I do think color makes a difference, blue anybrand seems to work well for me.

I don't need chalk. My break is immaculate, always leaving the easiest spread for the run-out...my stroke is always perfect and I'm never out of position, so I always play center ball...............and this is with my Sledgehammer.
