I took advantage of the $95 New Year's price and bought a True Rack from the Azbilliards "wanted / for sale" forum. The price of the item has caused quite a reaction from the Azbilliards community, so I thought I would provide this review.
First, the product arrived very quickly - within two days of my order. It was packed very securely.
The rack iteslf is very much like the delta 13 (which I also own). It has decent weight to it and it feels great in your hands. Racking was a little awkward at first, having only two sides and a free moving hinged design. One or two racks though, and I had the hang of it. Matter of fact, there are advantages to the design. The fact that you can move the hinged sides in while racking, then simply slide the rack forward when you lift it off the balls made it easy to get a tight rack.
It is heavier than I expected, and I do expect to carry it in my bag. It will add a bit of weight and even though it folds flat, it will also take up some room in my bag (something else will have to go).
In summary, it is a very well made, high end product. While there are other portable racks, such as magic rack (which I also own), this rack is really something special. It is one of those items that I was hesitent to purchase due to the price. However, it is so well constructed, you will have it forever. At this price, it is a luxury item - but for those who either collect cool pool gadgets or who simply want high end / high quality pool products, this product is for you. This is an expensive product, but you get what you pay for. This is a welcome addition to my pool bag. I am glad I bought it.
