Anyone ever heard of a cue maker that signs his cues "M. Singer" and then a date? found a 6 point made by him in 1995. Sorry I don't have pics, I will try to get some.
That would most likely be Mike Singer from Minnesota. I don't have current contact information on him, but he started building cue around 1994, or at least that is when he bought some equipment for building cues from me.
