Tucker-Layani cue

For those of you curious to see what a Tucker-Layani cue would look like here's the link : http://www.layanicues.com/en/newcues1.htm

The forearm with points was made by Murray Tucker and the rest by us according to our own construction principles. The cue plays great, the hit seems a bit stiffer than on our usual cues. I'll leave the rest up to your judgment. This collaboration will unfortunately produce only 3 cues (unless you convince Murray of getting out of his semi-retirement). Enjoy.

Actually the cues are already sold. If you want one you'll have to convince M. Tucker himself, sorry David. Don't you think 3 is enough, are you becoming addicted to that stuff?

I'm thinking of using them as house cues...

Lol... I don't think Ortelia will let me buy any more.... it was just wishful thinking. It really is a nice looking traditional cue.

Maybe I'll start harassing Murray sometime in the future when I have more cash available.

Thierry, dude, can't you like, I don't know...make one that's not a SS joint? Do a cone-to-wood fit or something! :p J/K. Really nice limited edition there, you plan on working with any other cue makers?

WAAAAH!!!! *Drools* That's beautifullll... Thierry, where's my other two cues? Did Tucker send you the blanks for it yet? Any pictures of it? :D

If you want your cue to last only a few weeks I don't mind doing it: j/k
I'm thinking about it yes, I find it opens up a new dimension and allows you to make things you wouldn't do otherwise. And I think it is interesting for a cue afficionado to own a cue like that.

Even though there's a chance you may be prejudiced (VBG), I'd have to say I agree 100 percent...

Can we see the other two?

I'm talking to whoever has pics of the other two cues... Murray?

They have not been made yet. I sent Thierry a test blank to make sure all went well before I made the other two blanks.
