It was officially announced at the Derby and will be July 20 I believe is what they said. It will be the same format as the Derby but with a large amateur bar table event to go with it. I'm sure you'll see info on it soon. If it goes well and people support it there will be a third in Atlantic City which will make it a tour and draw some sponsorship money so come on down.

I say lets 'better it' - the Tunica event - before it begins...

1) 10 Ball races to 11 and 9 (real 10 Ball- call pocket, win on the snap above the bottom 2 pockets) ... instead of 9 ball- what a joke, pool really needs to progress

2) 11 Ball Banks win @ 6 balls (no soft breaks- 2 balls above the head string) - races to 4 and 3.

3) One hole is good as is.


I understand there will also be some 10 footer there as well... SWEET!

Tunica HorseShoe Casino Hotel Prices are really reasonable especially if you hold a FREE hotel players card ...hint hint.. get one before the event ... you may get a couple of nights free to boot..
