sorry to see you did not do that well in the turning stone event. the guy who you lost to on the winners side is the owner of the pool hall that I go to all the time and a very good friend of mine. I was very excited to see that he made it that far to play you. How do you feel you palyed that week? He said it was intense playing you...I was not able to make it down to play at this event,though I am kicking myself for not going. are you going to play more joss tour events this year? hope to see you at a few.
 
First, congradulations on your run at Turning Stone, your play was very impressive. I noticed that you were using a MP3/Satellite radio when you were warming up. I was thinking of trying the same since I sometimes get distracted when warming up/practicing. Could you please let me know what time of music you listen to and perhaps give a list of a couple sample songs? Thank you.

By my math you finished inside the top 25% against some very good competition.;) Way to go!:)

Thanks! I was trying to figure out how to tell blue-ss that I actually finished well! I played well in most of my matches, and my losses were because my opponents just played well. Karen Corr played a perfect set on me...it was pretty awesome to watch.
 
sorry jenn didnt realize where you finished but their was alot of good palyers there. I am glad you feel you played well. I just thought you might be disapointed you didnt get in the top 10. guess i was wrong. sorry again.

Nothing to be sorry about! I think most people don't realize just how well the men play. I would have been happy just winning a match!

Thats very true. I have played on the tour before and there are alot of good players and its a hard tournament every time even at the small events.

:) Yes the men shoot great . There are alot more of them playing pool. It takes ----- to play at that level ,few ladies play with the men. I noticed Karen does and I'am sure playing better players has upped her game. My sharpshooter friend says don't be afraid to lose to better players. Another take on this is don't tell me something I already know! I think you are playing great and this will help you when you play in the future. Good luck see you at valley forge? Are you in the charity event? Saw you last year at the booth. You showed class.:D
