I was there. She played awesome all weekend. She was so far above her opponents it was just sick.

When she came out into the hallway after the final almost everybody was gone and I applauded her and told her she was the best female player ever. She smiled and said something like "Aw shush up that now"

What a classy person.

I agree. Even if I didn't Balukas or McGinnis.
Jeesh, Ally just doesn't make too many mistakes.
She just makes everyone against her nervous.
They just wilt and start talking to themselves.
Ally just goes in there and executes every stroke perfectly.
And the shape she got on the 9, was just sickening to me.
I'd have conceded ALL of them.
Wha a lady. We will miss her when she quits this game.
For now, let's enjoy her show.
