Looks like an MO4 with a MO-2 butt sleeve and cap. 1979-83.
Can't see all of the butt sleeve. If there is a trench cut just below the wrap(like a ring is missing) that will mean the cue is a factory 2nd( mistake made but marketable).
They were pumping out loads of cues back then and could have made a mistake or run out of 4 ringwork? Of course the butt could have cracked ( which happens with that old cheap plastic) and someone replaced the cap and ringwork on the sleeve with old Meucci parts.
