Hi all,
I have for sale what I believe are two old Schmelke cues. I seem to remember doing some digging on these at one time and finding that Schmelke made this model for Brunswick or something in the 60's or 70's....but I may be wrong on that.
These leaned in the corner of a pool hall in northeast Arkansas for almost 30 years and when they sold out the owner gave them to me. They are in old, smoked and somewhat rough shape. Both cues could be made playable with a little work.
The butts are actually pretty straight and both cues roll playable straight with a little bit of warpage in the shafts.
One shaft is a bit longer (the one with the white ferrule) and could use a new ferrule as the white one is pulling away some. Both shafts could probably use a tip. I didn't weigh or measure these but I can if you're really interested.
These are two neat old sticks for the collector or someone who just wants to tinker with them.
