I have two questions that i'm looking to get some feed back on, i know they both been dicussed but i can't find the old thread. Has any body taken any lessons from Tom Simpson? Or know anything about him? How does he compare to Jerry Brycieth (i'm sure i bucther his name).

Also i remember a thread on here about practice drills and websites were to get them and like i said i can't find the old thread. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Whoops i guess that was more than two questions.

His name spelled correctly is Jerry Briesath....LOL...you did one fine butcher job on the spelling.

Anyways here's a list of those links for pool drills:

My Opinion

I have never taken a lesson with Simpson, but I did spend two days with Jerry Briesath, and I can honestly say that though expensive, it was money well spent. He'll teach you a correct stroke, and how to get back there if you ever lose your way and fall into a slump, show you where your weaknesses are with regards to your stroke using video, and bacially give you an extremely good basis of fundamentals to base your game on for the rest of your life. Before lessons, I had 1 9-ball break and run in my life, and I now have them a couple times a week, and also have lots of break, run to the 9 and dog it, but that is just my own carelesness. And, amazingly, I now have managed to string together 3 9-ball BNR's in a row. I couldn't possibly be happier.

Good luck
