You can try http://www.studavis.co.uk/snooker/ but you will most likely have to use a proxy server as the BBC site will not allow non-UK residents site access. You might have better luck using a proxy with Firefox rather than Windows.

when using the eurosport site, does it only allow a certain amount of time per day or something? i find after a while it wont let me view it anymore until the following day.

The feed from Eurosport is inconsistent. It was great the first several days but then started to exclude non-residents. Right now this is working:
Configure WM player to use a UK proxy and then copy this into the player URL
http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsa/n5ctrl/sport/live/bb/wm/video/ukonly/sol_now3a_bb.asx

It is the BBC feed.
