ULTRA Rare Ebony/Ebony Southwest > Red Veneers

This cue is Awesome. I was told that one of the tips is down to 12mm...meaning the size of the actual tip. To me and many on here...the tip size is where the cue ball meets the leather tip not the base of the ferrule where wood meets the ferrule.

Can you please list the actual size of the tips so I will have a more accurate idea of the measurements? And it would also help me determine a more accurate price that I can offer for this cue.
