uniloc insert made of phenolic

I dont think there is any other material besides brass for uniloc quick release inserts. Can someone make one out of phenolic?

Also, could someone tell me how much the brass uniloc insert weighs by itself? Thank you!

I thought I might have seen a cue with uni-loc inserts made out of G-10. But I could have been mistaken.

Yes they are self centering so they have an alignment barrel with a short length of 7/16-20 threads at the bottom. The pin also has an alignment barrel with 5/16-14 threads at the bottom.
