So what do you AZbers think about this cue?

It's a snooker cue, but look at the intended use.

I believe it describes >one< of my many issues when attempting to pocket balls.

I think all of the Predatorites will say it's a bunch of baloney and that the only thing that matters is DEFLECTION, not THROW. Long live PREDATOR!!!

Oooops, I reread it and I guess they are referring to THROW as DEFLECTION.
I think Colin will like it because the newer ones will have a sight on the front to help in aiming. :p

Well they claim that their cue reduces unintentional sidespin but also increases the amount of spin you can produce. A contradictory position.

I believe they are using a low tip end-mass, mainly a result of a thinner cue, but they may have played with ferrule materials and shaft taper and thickness.

Some clever marketing with the shockwave, but otherwise a pretty poor explanation for anyone who has studied CB defelction (squirt) or throw in Snooker circles. Generally the snooker players don't know much at all about the physics of the game.

The experts among them used to argue about whether side(english) could be transfered  Ask any bank shot player.

I've used a snooker cue for a year very similar to this one, until I switched to a regular viking cue ( which I like Much much better )
Its pointless to have one.... The odds of you making a shot go down 25% You put way too much side spin but not as much follow or draw...
With my old snooker cue I could draw back only a foot.... With my new cue I can draw back an entire tables length.
IMO I would never pick up a snooker cue again... you have to get used to it and its tough switching around.
I do fancy its 8.5mm tip though.....

EDIT: ok.. maybe not an entire tables length... it's tricky for me putting english on those little balls with a 11m tip
