Hey, Jack, I remember watching you play many times at Cotton Palace. I figure you needed a long ferrule because on your back stroke the cue came almost all the way through the fingers on your bridge hand. :)

By the way, I've been helping Alfie put together a book about his pool experiences. He has some great stories. I haven't seen the little guy face-to-face in 45 years, but we trade emails all the time.

as far as I knowJohnny Sanchez made the cue , and he passed away long time ago , but u right the short furrel shaft is one of the original shaft that has being modified , the other shaft is original 13mm and never played.

I believe that Jack Potter and Johnny Sanchez were partners in the making of Libra cues. Jack Potter is the author of the earlier post and should surely know whether he made that particular cue.

if anyone is afraid of the way those cues play....don't be. They play great!!!! It is a shame those guys did not make more of them.

The last couple I had were very differant than yours. Libra cues are hard sellers mainly because nobody knows about them.
The Spain blank sold for $1200 with 2 shafts. It had the very rare brass pin and was one of the last 3 cues produced.
The full splice cue Jack built for himself did less. Both cues were 90% or better.
Your cue would be in the same range as these cues. Maybe a little more or less in value.
Because the USA cue sold for peanuts lately and if the seller still has it I would like to buy it, $900 might be hard to get for yours. Being a fan, keep it! Don't give it away!
Good luck,
Nick :)
